Couple charged after throwing smoke bombs at Knowles protest pleads guilty

The couple that threw smoke bombs during the Michael Knowles vs. Brad Polumbo debate on April 18th have pleaded guilty to charges of obstructing law enforcement and conspiracy during civil disorder.

Hate crime/assault reported in area of Semple and Ward

At 11:30 a.m. on Friday, the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police and Federal Bureau of Investigation, assisted by the Pitt Police, received a report of a “hate crime/assault†that occurred in the area of Semple and Ward St at 2 a.m.
